My daughter’s husband holds strong Italian roots and has relatives that live near Capri. Whenever she travels to Italy she manages to take a lot of pictures like this one that allowed me to have Capri on canvas.
Capri is an isle settled near the Sorrentine Coast, oriental side of the Naples shore, Italy.
Major township, Capri, emerged on the island of the same name.
The republican Romans already used it as a resort over 2.000 years ago.
- In Capri you can find:
- Small harbors like the Marina Piccola
- The panoramic village promenade, Belvedere of Tragara
- Limestone forms projecting over the sea, the Faraglioni
- Anacapri town
- The Blue Grotto
- Ancient Roman ruins.
I wanted to give Capri a dreamy look as if someone had just woke up in the middle of the night and looked out the window with heavy drowsy eyes.
