Framed Beach Art Prints

Framed beach art prints are my nostalgic way of remembering paradise.
Art PrintsMy early years growing up and spending vacations at my grandmothers beach house couldn’t be greater.

The surroundings were permeated  here and there by simple beach houses of close friends and relatives.

Those vacations with cousins and friends from the metropolis were bucolic and full of adventure.

The place was about a 100 miles from São Paulo city, but it was so difficult to get there that it took about 4 hours to complete the journey thru primitive seashore scapes and plank bridges on a regular day. If the tide was too high, crossing the beach could mean losing you car, swollen by the hungry ocean quick sand.

All that was a component of mistery and action to a great vacation yet to start.

Becoming a surfer in those days was a romantic and flavourish activity. The native teenage girls alluded to far away exotic places in the South Pacific

Time passed, we grew up and progress clunch it’s long dark fingers all over that paradise. Tycoons bought the humbly built houses and large mansions tooks their places.

The dream was gone, sweet and sour memories remain.

Amazing results with colors! Shadows and lights! The reflection of the sun in the water is incredible.

      Hello, Lucia,

Thanks so much for stopping by. Maybe the sun was not so disaponted with us as now. Maybe artist’s need to paint him more often in order to ease it’s pain.
