Soccer Fans Pictures’ Posters

Do you like soccer fans pictures’ posters? They show so much heat and emotion of the crowd. Check this digital artwork about the Brazilians.

When I was a teenager, the boys and I used to go to all of our team’s game, s well as other ones. We were big soccer fans. In the late 70’s, Santos was in a great phase.

Although we had an uncle who owned some chairs at a special spot at Morumbi Stadium, we loved the bleachers, with the general crowd, the flags, and fireworks, the mob craze.

Those were great days when going to a ball game was huge fun and meant no harm to a bunch of kids growing up.

Brazilian Soccer

The most favorite game in Brazil is soccer (US), Association Football.

Having disputed many finals and semi-finals, they are the only ones to have managed to qualify for all World Cup competitions.

Brazilians have always been, at least likely, favorite to win in every world competition.

They were granted the Jules Rimet Trophy permanently, following Brazil's 3rd win in 1970, according to the rules at that time.

Their national squad has won the World Cup championship a record of 5 times:

  • 1958 (Sweden)
  • 1962 (Chile)
  • 1970 (Mexico)
  • 1994 (USA)
  • 2002 (Japan/South Korea)

Nevertheless, Brazil's grade has dropped to 22nd, the lowest rank place, one year before 2014 World Cup.

Pelé, the head scorer of all time, drove Brazil to three of those world competitions and is considered greatest football player in history.

All of the highlight players in the national squads are renowned in the business, including, among others:

Garrincha, Didi, Tostão, Carlos Alberto, Zico, Socrates, Falcão, Cerezo, Roberto Carlos, Romário, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Kaká, and Neymar in the men's game, and Marta in the women's version.

Achieving international status, part of these modern gladiators are catapulted to stardom,  signing millionaire contracts with clubs, advertisement and endorsement campaigns.

    Hi Caito,
What a feast for the eyes! Your website is very captivating that it can keep a visitor there for a long time admiring the many posters you have there for every taste. I like the way you laid them out by categories. Beautiful posters and prints.

Aside from enjoying the prints, thank you for the refresher post on the history of Brazil’s great achievements. It’s a shame they’ve slipped a bit however, like everything in life, you get the troughs and peaks. In time, they will get back to the top again because it’s an incredible football nation.
